Chargers Bounce Back With Win Over Seawolves

Saturday was Crandall University's annual "Make Some Noise For Mental Health" game and it featured the Crandall University Chargers hosting the UNBSJ Seawolves.

Crandall got out to fast start going up 28-17 to end the 1st quarter and were able to hold on for a 87-75 win despite losing 2 quarters. Crandall got major scoring contributions from Maduok Akol with 22 points and 9 rebounds while Kendal Brown chipped in 17 points. 3 other Chargers also hit double figures in scoring.

The Seawolves were led by Alex Giesecke who had a game high 28 points.

Chargers head out on the road down to Halifax to take on the MSVU Mystics at 3:30pm tomorrow.
