The UNBSJ Seawolves took on the UKC Blue Devils in ACAA women's basketball action Saturday in Saint John.
The Blue Devils stole their way to an 84-44 victory. The Blue Devils had 18 steals as they swarmed the Seawolves with high pressure throughout the game.
Jenna Bain paced the Blue Devil's attack with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. Claire Hickman added 16 points and 7 rebounds.
Hanna Grossman had 17 points and 6 rebounds to lead the Seawolves. Julia Bennett chipped in with 8 points.
The Blue Devils improved their record to 7-4 while the Seawolves dropped to 2-10.
The teams play the second half of the weekend double header tomorrow, February 2 at 12:00 PM.
