ACAA women’s volleyball

The St. Thomas University Tommies defeated the UNBSJ Seawolves in ACAA women's volleyball, winning a five setter 14-25, 25-11, 25-14, 20-25, 15-10. This was the final match of the first term for each team. It was a back and forth match with unpredictable game scores. 

Jenna DeGooyer led the Tommies with 14 kills, 9 digs and 2 aces. Hannah Miller added 8 kills and Megan Mills proved good on offense and defense with 7 kills and 17 digs. Emily Dickson  had 24 assists and 17 digs.

Bryianna Pynn had 10 kills for the Seawolves. Emma Lynch had 31 assists and Bridgette Boone added 15 digs. 

Action will pick up again January 11 when the Seawolves travel to play the UKC Blue Devils at 1:00 PM and STU hosts the Dalhousie Agricultural Rams at 2:00 PM.
