Congratulations to this week's ACAA Athletes of the Week!

Arek Akeg, UKC Blue Devils

Academic Program: Bachelor of Arts

Year: 2

Varsity Sport: Women's Basketball

Hometown: Ottawa, ON

Akeg played an instrumental role in the Blue Devils’ perfect weekend, making major contributions on both ends of the court. In a hard-fought matchup against the first-place Mounties, Akeg delivered 15 points and 9 rebounds, helping secure a critical win. She followed this up with an outstanding performance against the Crandall Chargers, putting up 20 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists to lead the Blue Devils to a dominant victory.

Varsity Sport: Men's Basketball

Hometown: St. John's, NL

AJ Nash had a monster game for the Seawolves on Sunday, scoring 28 points and five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. It was a very important road win for UNBSJ, keeping them in a tie for second place in the conference.
