SATURDAY, October 28, 2023: 

11:30 a.m.          Course Walkthrough

12:00 p.m.          Coaches Meeting (Truro Middle School)

1:00 p.m.            Women's Race (6km)

2:00 p.m.            Men's Race (8km)

4:15 p.m.            Meal and Awards Ceremony (Jenkins Hall)

COURSE

The race course will take place in beautiful Victoria Park, Truro, NS. For more information on the park itself, please visit: www.truro.ca/victoria-park.html.

We begin at the Truro Middle School’s Soccer Field and end in the same field after running two (women) or three (men) 2km loops in the park.

There is a small modification (circled in red) that the women’s race will pass through on both of their loops but the men’s race will only pass through once.

It is an undulating course with some fun natural hills, and trees, trees and more trees.

The course will be marked with marshals, flags and tape to ensure that runners stay on track.

QUALIFYING ROSTERS

Qualified runners must have attended 2 of the 3 ACAA Meets.
