HALIFAX, N.S. (February 3, 2022) - The Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) is making its way back.

Today, the ACAA is pleased to announce its intent to resume league competition beginning the weekend of February 12. New Brunswick based competition will start that weekend and scheduled games for NS and PEI will be announced when Public Health and institutional directives permit.

In addition, for the 2021-22 season, ACAA champions in basketball and volleyball will be determined through an elimination playoff process as opposed to the regular ACAA Championship weekend format.

"We have made adjustments to schedules and will be ready to go," said Michael Eagles, ACAA President. "Student-athletes and coaches are anxious to return and the ACAA is looking forward to a positive finish to the competitive year."
