Tommies defeat Hurricanes

Tommies rebounded from thier Satruday loss to defeat the Hurricanes 101-92 in Charlottetown.

The game was tightly contested throughout with the Tommies stepping up big in the fourth quarter and outscoring the oppositon 30-20. 

The visiting Tommies were consistent throughout shooting 55% from the field and 45% from beyond the arc. 

For the Tommies Tyrese Paul had 23 points and 11 rebounds, while Owen Amos had 20 points off the bench. 

Jalen Menzies had 23 points, Kyree Thompson had a double-double,(19pts-10reb) an Jack MacAulay came off the bench to add 24 points. 

Hurricanes are now 9-3 and will be on the road to UKC and MSVU this coming weekend.

STU, 7-4, will host Mt Allison on Friday February 3rd.
