The St. Thomas Tommies dropped a 100-94 decision to the Mount Allison Mounties in ACAA men's basketball action Sunday afternoon in Fredericton.

The Tommies stormed out to a 27-20 first quarter lead and followed that up with a 28-point second quarter, putting them up 55-36 over the Mounties at the break.

The Mounties came out strong in the second half and started to find their rhythm offensively. By the end of the third quarter, they cut the Tommies' lead to 15 points. Powered by some hot three-point shooting in the fourth, the Mounties completed the comeback to claim their second win of the season.

Leading the Mounties charge was Bradley Fuller, who connected for an impressive 41 points and seven rebounds.

Dylan Gallant led the Tommies with 27 points and two steals, while Jeremy Speller chipped in with 24 points and seven rebounds.
