The St. Thomas Tommies fell 96-74 to the University of Kings College Blue Devils in ACAA men's basketball action Saturday afternoon at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym. 

Dylan Gallant led the Tommies with 17 points and five assists, while Jacob Eatmon added 10 points. 

Thomas Watson led the Blue Devils charge with 24 points. Ryan Harnett and Angus Power each chipped in with 13.

The Blue Devils came out firing in the first but the Tommies kept up, trailing by only eight after the opening frame. The Tommies got hot early in the second, and came within striking distance of the Blue Devils' lead. With less than five minutes to go in the half, the momentum shifted and -- thanks to some hot three-point shooting -- the Blue Devils held a 53-38 lead at the break. 

The teams traded baskets in the third and each scored 18 points in the frame, leaving the Blue Devils with a 15 point lead heading into the fourth. The Tommies went on a brief run in the fourth, but couldn't close the gap.
