In a sometimes heated and physical contest, the Rams had a strong first quarter to take the lead 20-17 , but in the second UNBSJ turned it around to lead at the half 38-36.  The Seawolves hit crucial threes in the 3rd quarter to add to the lead .  While the Rams came back and won the 4th quarter 21-15 , it wasn't enough to close the gap as UNBSJ edged the Rams 78-75 for the win. Leading the Seawolves was Keegan Gray (23 pts/7 rebs) , Steven Ryan and Ian Watters with 15 pts each and Jacob Vickers dominated on the boards for the Seawolves pulling down 12.  The Rams Robin Grouse had 21 pts and 22 rebs , while newcomer JC Broussard followed closely with 20 pts and 7 assists.
