A big tilt this weekend in Moncton pitted 2 nationally ranked teams against each other at Crandall University. #14 Crandall got out to a fierry start ending the first quarter leading 31-20 over the #6 Holland College Hurricanes. Holland was able to roar back and took a 47-45 lead at halftime. Holland won the 3rd quarter 28-14 and never looked back. The final score was 106-86 for Holland.

Leading scorers for the Hurricanes were Marcus Dawkins with 20 points and Chase Bowden with 16. Crandall was lead by ACAA leading scorer Hassan Maidal with 23 points and Brandon Fields who flirted with a tripple double finishing with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists.
