The Holland Hurricanes hosted the University of King's College Blue Devils at the McMillan Center for Community Engagement.
It was a game of streaks and momentum.
The host 'Canes started strong jumping out to a 8-0 lead. After a timeout the Blue Devils settled and took an 11-8 lead. It was then the 'Canes turn to score 8 straight points.
The Hurricanes took it to the Blue Devils in the second quarter, outscoring them 21-9.
The score at half was 41-23.
The game again wen on a few streaks for each team but the 18 point lead remained in the end for the Hurricanes.
Taking it 78-60.
Aaron Simmons led the way for the Hurricanes with 26 points.
Tariq Armstrong stood out for Kings, with 16 points.
