Holland Hurricanes secured first place in this early season with a 3-1 win over the visiting MSVU Mystics.

Scoring started with Canes Ibra Sanoh putting home a header at the 8' giving Canes the quick 1-0 lead.

Using the movement Canes midfield Charles Aondo tucked home a loose ball into the bottom corner as the canes jumped out to a 2-0 lead. Mystics replied back at the 16' mark as Nick MacDonald scored on a penalty kick closing the gap to 2-1.

Later in the first half Canes Sanoh strikes again securing his second goal of the game as he received a ball over the top from John Chandler and lobs it over Mystics keeper Austin Luxton.

The Second half proved to be a scoreless one as 3-1 stood as the final.

Canes keeper Logan Doiron secured the win while Mystics keeper Austin Luxton was tagged with the loss.
