The Holland Hurricanes left an impression with their last home game of the season with a strong win over the Crandall Chargers. Parker MacLeod opened up scoring early in the game at the 6th minute of play. Crandall's Luke Knowles responded only 11 minutes later. Crandall couldn't hang on to the tie, with Canes Julien Jones scoring only 3 minutes later. In a flurry of action, Hurricanes Mohommad Ali scored twice just before half time as well as Luke Knowles from the Chargers - entering halftime with a score of 4-2.
The Cane's Mohammad Ali came out strong in the 2nd half scoring again at the 65th and 82nd minutes. Duncan Hunt scored for the Canes in the final minutes of play to make the final score 7-2 for the Hurricanes.
The Holland Hurricanes head to Truro tomorrow, Sunday Oct 23rd to take on the Dal AC Rams for their final game of the season. They currently sit with a record of 6-2-3.
