The UNB Saint John Seawolves and St. Thomas University Tommies met in ACAA men's volleyball Wednesday evening. The Tommies had beaten the Seawolves 3-2 on Sunday but the  Seawolves showed no signs of a letdown and won a tight first set 26-24. The Tommies came into their own in the second set, winning easily 25-18 to even the match at 1-1. The Seawolves rebounded nicely to take the third set 25-19 and then finished off the Tommies with a 25-21 victory in the fourth set.

Luke O'Grady had 14 kills to pace the Seawolves attack. Ty Poore added 12 kills, Jacob McLean had 12 digs and Patrick Kendall finished with 30 assists for the winners.

Christian Christie had 10 kills and 6 digs to lead the Tommies. Garret Dickson added 7 kills, Josh Dorsey had 5 kills and 7 digs and Jonah Burridge had 25 assists.

The Seawolves improved to 4-3 with the victory while Tommies dropped to 4-5.

The Seawolves host the University of Sainte Anne Dragons Saturday at 6:00pm while the Tommies have a week off and then host the Dragons January 27.
