The UNBSJ Seawolves hosted the USTA Dragons in men's volleyball Saturday in Saint John.

The Seawolves were hoping to build momentum as playoffs near. They did just that, toppling the Dragons in five sets 22-25, 25-10, 24-26, 25-16, 15-13. 

The Seawolves spread their attack around. Ryan Farrell and Carson Dorcas each had 13 kills while Blake Stephenson added 10. Liam McLellan had 40 assists and Ben Wilson had 14 digs for the winners, both highs for the match.

The Dragons got an impressive performance from Braidey Spinney who led all players with 19 kills. Jeremy Bourque chipped in 9 kills, Joshua Aucoin added 28 assists and Gabriel Beaton finished with 14 digs.

The Seawolves improved to 3-6 to solidify their hold on 3rd place while the Dragons fell to 5-4 but still retain 2nd place. 

The teams complete the double-header weekend tomorrow at UNBSJ.
