Mount Allison University hosted their home opener Sunday afternoon on Alumni field against the University of King's College Blue devils.
The Mounties opened the scoring early and finished the half leading 36-0. The Blue devils fought back, scoring twice in the second half, but the Mounties were able to hold their own and come out on top. In the End the UKC Blue devils fell to the MTA Mounties with a final score of 53-10.
The next game is scheduled for September 23rd vs. St Thomas university at MtA. MtA currently holds a 1-1 record.
