Sophie Shephard capitalized on an opportunity in the 11th minute of play to put the University of Kings College Blue Devils on the score board early in the game. Emily Cormier responded for the Hurricanes in the 60th minute.  The Holland Hurricanes battled hard to neutralize the Blue Devils for the remainder of the game to keep the score at a 1-1 draw. This gives the Hurricanes an undefeated early season record of 2-0-1.

The Hurricanes host the Mount Saint Vincent Mystics tomorrow, Sunday Sept 19th at 1pm at the Terry Fox Complex in Cornwall.
