The UNB Saint John Seawolves took on the Mount Allison University Mounties in ACAA women's volleyball action Sunday.
The Seawolves were victorious over Mounties, 3-0 in this match-up of provincial rivals.
Taking the lead for the Mounties, Rachel McDougall with 4 kills and 7 assists. Melissa McAnsh added 13 digs and Callie MacDonald added 2 service aces.
Jenna DeGooyer led the Seawolves with 10 kills. Libero Meagan Kozak with 14 digs and Setter, Taylor McGrattan with 25 assists to finish the match.
The Seawolves improved to a perfect 3-0 record and have not lost a game (9-0). The Mounties fell to 1-4.
The Mounties will travel to play the University of King's College November 17 at 7:00 PM while the Seawolves are on the road playing Mount Saint Vincent University November 18 at 1:30. This is one to watch as both teams carry perfect records into the match.
