The St. Thomas Tommies defeated the Crandall Chargers in straight sets in women's ACAA volleyball action on Saturday in Moncton. The Tommies were led by Megan Mills with a game-high 5 kills and a team-high 9 digs. The Chargers were led by Melora Cook with 3 kills and a game-high 13 digs. The Tommies resume ACAA league action tomorrow when they host Mount Allison in a battle for second place in the league standings while Crandall heads to Halifax tomorrow to play Mount Saint Vincent University.
