The Holland College Hurricanes defeated the Crandall Chargers 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-19) on Sunday in Moncton to remain undefeated heading into the last week of ACAA women's volleyball action. Holland College's balanced attack saw three Hurricanes, Kali Wilson, Amanda de Carvalho Brito and Kateia Barenaba, with 6 kills each while Wilson chipped in 11 digs and 2 service aces. The Chargers were led by Melora Cook's 5 kills while Becca Reay and Janelle Blanchette each had 11 digs. The Hurricanes finish league play next weekend with road games again the University of Kings College and Mount St. Vincent University. The Chargers finish league play at home on Thursday night when they host the UNB Saint John Seawolves.
