CHURCH POINT, N.S. : The MSVU Mystics visited the Université Sainte-Anne Dragons on Saturday afternoon in a back and forth affair at the Marcel-R.-Comeau Sports Centre in Church Point.

The league leading Mystics played well and took the 1st set 25-23, with the Dragons battling hard and playing well. 

MSVU kept up their fine play and capitalized on key moments and plays to win the next 2 sets : 25-19 & 25-20. The Dragons showed great effort and character as they rallied from being down a large margin particularly late in the 2nd set.

Catherine MacPhail lead the MSVU attack with 13 kills followed by Marcy MacNeil with 12 kiils as well as contributions from Madyson Parlee & Cela MacLellan. Mckenzie Antle collected 32 assists in the match. For the Dragons, Mekayla Léger lead the attack with 9 kills followed by Amy Arsenault with 7 kills with Megan d'Entremont & Marie-Josée LeBlanc chipping in on the offense. Jacqueline Bright added 23 assists and Amy Arsenault lead with 21 digs. 

The Mystics are now 6-1 while the Dragons fall to 2-5 in the standings. 

POINTE-DE-L'EGLISE, N.-E. : Les Mystics de MSVU ont visité les Dragons de l'Université Sainte-Anne samedi après-midi dans un match serré au Centre sportif Marcel-R.-Comeau sur le campus de Pointe-de-l'Eglise.

Les Mystics, leaders de la ligue, ont bien joué et ont pris le premier set 25-23, avec les Dragons qui se sont battues et ont bien joué. 

MSVU a maintenu son bon jeu et a capitalisé sur des moments et jeux clés pour gagner les 2 sets suivants : 25-19 & 25-20. Les Dragons ont fait preuve de beaucoup d'efforts et de caractère en se ressaisissant après avoir été menés d'une large avance au pointage, notamment à la fin du 2ème set.
