The fourth ranked Holland Hurricanes travelled to third place Mount Saint Vincent University for an exciting match up. Both teams put up an impressive fight that ended with a comeback for the Mystics to win the match in 5. In the first set Mystics were leading the way until they hit 20 and the Hurricanes managed to pull into the lead from a 6-point deficit ending the set with 27-25 for Holland. The middles on both sides of the net were leading their teams in kills with the pin hitters not far behind.

The second set found Holland leading to an end score of 25-16. Blocking was considerably less from both sides, and the Hurricane offence was able to make quick work of the set. Set three was the start of the Mystics comeback, bringing their energy up with a score of 25-18. The set was back and forth with some intense rallies that could've fallen either way. Mystics block returned and they were able to slow down the Hurricane offence, which was led by Myah Utrosa, followed by Jenna O'Neill. Mystics attackers Madyson Parlee, Cathrine Macphail, and Marcy Macneil all tied at 6 kills apiece.

The fourth set brought even more electric energy ending with 25-20 for MSVU. Mystics capitalized on their middles Sarah Ryan and Cela MacLellan matching up against Myah Utrosa and Mason Babey. Blocking picked up on both sides and carried on into the fifth set. Setters Ella Hickey of the Hurricanes and Mckenzie Antle of the Mystics both put up impressive numbers in their own kills proving setters can be offensive threats at the net too.
