A match which saw the third ranked Mounties take on the fourth ranked Hurricanes. 

The Hurricanes took the first set by taking a 7 point lead part way through (15-8), the Mounties brought it back to 20-23 but a service ace by Morgan White finished the first game in style. 
The second set saw the Hurricanes dominate, taking a quick 4-0 lead, they continued the momentum and easily took it 25-13.

The Mounties did not go away easily.  The third set was a battle, the visitors took a 5 point lead (9-4), but the 'Canes closed it to within one point at 11-10, again the Mounties took a 5 point lead (15-10).
With score tied 20-20, the Hurricanes took the point on an attacking error by the Mounties.  The teams exchanged points until 25-24, when the home team won it on a kill by Myah Utrosa to win 26-24.

Ella Hickey led the Hurricanes with 25 assists and added a couple of kills.
