Tyler McBride led the charge this weekend for Holland College as the ‘Canes Men’s Volleyball team defeated the UNBSJ Seawolves in back-to-back games in Saint John, after falling to the STU Tommies in a five-set thriller on Wednesday.

The Oakville, Ontario native recorded 24 digs against the Tommies on Wednesday, then added eight digs and a kill on Saturday, and 14 digs on Sunday against the Seawolves. 

With a record of 7-5, the Hurricanes now sit in second place in the ACAA standings. The ‘Canes are scheduled to visit the Tommies this weekend for two key matches in Fredericton. First serves are scheduled for 8pm on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday.
