Mt. Allison Mounties led from start to finish and came out victorious with 88-76 win over the MSVU Mystics. The Mounties answered every run the Mystics made to close the gap including major contributions off the Mystics bench. Ultimately it was the shooting from the Mounties that was the difference. From behind the arc at 40% and 87% from the free throw line vs 25% and 65% respectively. The Mystics were led by Joel McCrossin and Dawson Berze-Butts with 15 points, Jaxson Smith added 10. For the Mounties Sam Pierson had 25, Jonus Munroe with 14 and Igor Radic with 12. The Mounties play University of King's College Blue Devils tomorrow while the Mystics next game is to host the same UKC Blue Devils next Friday the 19th.
