ACAA women's final

The St. Thomas University Tommies and University of King's College Blue Devils met in ACAA women's final. The Tommies scored a first half goal off the foot of Moira Kinney. The Blue Devils had a 12-7 edge in shots on goal while the Tommies had 10 corners to 3 for the Blue Devils. Tommies goalkeeper Mary Cronin made two outstanding saves in the first half and continued her great play in the second half to help lead the Tommies.  The Blue Devils pushed hard in the final minutes but were unable to mount a comeback.

The St. Thomas Tommies are the 2017 ACAA champions and advance to the CCAA women's soccer national championships in Halifax, NS November 8-11.
