Michael had a great week for the Tommies in a pair of fourth quarter come from behind victories over UNBSJ and Crandall University. Against the Seawolves he finished with 14 points, 8 in the 4th quarter, and Saturday in Moncton he continued his fourth quarter heroics with 11 points in the quarter on his way to a team high 16 points.
“Mike came off the bench and sparked us to a couple of very big fourth quarter come from behind wins this week,” said Tommies head coach John Hickey. Mike has been a very consistent threat for the Tommies this year and is hitting his stride at the right time.”
Otoo shot 73% from behind the three-point line on the week and is now connecting on 43.4% of his three point attempts this season, 2nd in the ACAA among players with more than 20 attempts.
