Mohammad Alhaj Ali, a striker from Daraa, Syria, continued his scoring ways, finishing the season with another standout offensive performance. Alhaj Ali scored four times versus Crandall University at home on Saturday, leading The ‘Canes to a 7-2 victory over the Chargers.

The sophomore striker wasn’t done, adding another goal in the Hurricane’s final game of the regular season versus the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus (Dal AC) Rams, in Truro, Nova Scotia.

The ’Canes finished with a 6-3-3 record, good enough for second place in the ACAA Men’s Soccer standings. Alhaj Ali and The Hurricanes will face the UKC Blue Devils (6-4-2) in an ACAA semi-final match on Saturday in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
