Hurricanes create three-team tie atop ACAA standings

CHARLOTTETOWN - The Holland Hurricanes (9-3, won-lost) moved into a three-way tie atop the ACAA standings with a 92-83 victory over the MSVU Mystics (7-5) Sunday afternoon at the Centre for Community Engagement. 

The Hurricanes got a game-high 29 points from Jordan Holness to go along with his nine rebounds and four assists. Jayden McMullen continued his impressive play with 22 points on 10-18 shooting. McMullen has now scored at least 14 points in ten of twelve games this season. Nate Anderson earned his fifth double-double of the season with 12 points and ten rebounds, while Adrian Thompson added 11 points and seven boards off the bench. 

For the Mystics, Brody Blakney (18), Liam Mitchell (15), Dawson Berze-Butts (12), and Campbell Colpitts (11) spread their points around but couldn't pick up a second victory on the Hurricanes home court.
