The Chargers from Moncton played well against the Rams today. Play was tough and even through the first 20 minutes and then the Chargers stepped it up. Scoring at 23 and 27 minutes Baker and Bokma set the Rams into catch up mode. Ekene Ikesinko scored for the Rams just before the half at the 42 min mark to give the home team a lift going into half time. Starting the second half, both teams were playing well, with Keepers making exceptional saves at both ends. Abdu Nyei scored the security marker for the Chargers at the 65 th minute. The match wasn't without rough play as 4 yellow cards were issued - 3 to the home team and 1 to Crandall.
The Rams are on the road tomorrow , travelling to Cornwall PEI to face the Hurricanes at 4 pm.
