The STU Tommies defeated the UNBSJ Seawolves 51-40 in ACAA women's basketball. The Tommies Carissa McTague led all players with14 points and 13 rebounds. Laura Fowler chipped in with 9 points and Jessica Patenaude added 9 rebounds. Sarah Simkins 10 points and 6 rebounds for UNBSJ while Tiffany McLong added 8 points and 5 rebounds. The Tommies won their third game in a row and moved closer to .500 with a 4-5 mark while the Seaowlves dropped to 1-7.
