The Holland College Hurricanes topped the Crandall Chargers 77-53 in women's league action on Monday night in Moncton. The Hurricanes were led by Aki Kobayashi with 18 points and Ashley Plaggenhoef with 7 rebounds. The Chargers were led by Melissa Smith with 23 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams resume league action on January 11 when Holland visits the Chargers again for the front end of a home-and-home weekend.
