The Mystics 3 point shooting let them down today in a close match where there were several lead changes and ties in a fantasic entertaining game between two top teams in the ACAA. In the end it was the execution by the Mounties down the stretch and the missed opportunities by the Mystics with their shooting. The Mounties also took advantage of their size by outscoring the Mystics by 12 points in the paint. But it was the poor shooting from behind the arc that hurt the Mystics chance to win and also the Mounties executing their plays down the stretch. Abbey Miller had a double double with 13 points and 13 rebounds, Maddie Greatorex had 21 points while Torrie Janes added 9 points and 8 assisits to lead the Mounties while the Mystics were led by Emily Holt with 15 point and 10 rebounds and Alisha McNeil had 12 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. The Mystics are right back on the court tomorrow as the host the visiting Crandal Chargers.
