The Mount Allison Mounties rolled into Charlottetown ready to play. 

From the opening tipoff they went on a 6-0 run and finished the quarter with a 7 point run to lead 27-11 at the end of the first. 

The Hurricanes struggled to create offensively. 
The second half saw more life from the Hurricanes and closed the gap to 12 points at one point. 
Mt A surged again and took the game 74-58.

For the Mounties Reese Nowlan had a strong performance with 24 first half point and finishing with 26, Danielle Alexander added 20 pooints.
Amy Plaggenhoef was the top scorer for the Hurricanes with 20 points. 

Hurricanes are on the road to Crandall on Sunday January 14th.
