ACAA Women's Basketball

The Seawolves women's basketball team faced off against the Crandall Chargers to kick off UNB Saint John's annual Think Pink weekend, which supports the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.  

The Seawolves had a strong start, with an aggressive offense that allowed them to pull away from the Crandall Chargers by half, scoring 37 points. Bailey Henderson was particularly impressive, contributing 18 points and 8 rebounds.  

However, the Chargers came back in the third quarter, with center Kelsey Alward scoring 15 points and tying the game at 43-43 going into the fourth quarter.  

Despite a close match-up in the final quarter, the Seawolves pulled off the win with a final score of 65-55.
