In a hard-fought ACAA Women's Basketball matchup, the Crandall Chargers fell to the University of King's College Blue Devils 50-43. Crandall's Kelsey Alward led her team with 13 points, while King's Arek Akeg contributed 15 points to her team's victory. Crandall's Ellie Hiltz and Tarvinder Kaur both grabbed 9 rebounds, but it was King's Lauren Ford who stood out with a game-high 12 rebounds. Despite the effort, the Chargers were unable to overcome the Blue Devils. The Chargers and Blue Devils face off again on Saturday, January 11 at 3:00 at Crandall University.
