The Blue Devils had a solid start against the Rams, with Little managing to tap in a cross from Jurmain in the 17th minute, making the score 1-0. Right before half, Sorenson scored a well-deserved header to double the score. The second half started off with some back and forth, but Cox came off the bench with lots of energy, making the score 3-0 after her goal in the 77th minute.
