It was a great day for women's volleyball at the Kingdome on Sunday. The undefeated Holland Hurricanes traveled down to Halifax to face off against the University of King's College Blue Devils.
The Hurricanes started off strong, taking the first set 25-19.
King's managed to find their game in the next two sets. They traded the lead back and forth with Holland throughout both sets, but unfortunately they couldn't quite seal the deal – losing 25-22, and 25-21.
Shout out to rookie Blue Devil Emma Wilson, who had a strong offensive performance with 3 aces and 7 kills on the day.
King's plays USA at home on December 1st at 2:00 PM.
