The Holland College Hurricances put out a valiant performance in defeated the Dalhousie Rams 3 sets to nil on Saturday afternoon. The Canes got off to a slow start but gained in confidence thanks to a masterful effort from Samantha Gerbig who was simply too much for the Rams to handle. The Rams fight was led by Savan Heijnen who chipped in with a number of key kills, blocks and serves but ultimately it was not enough. 

Both teams are in action towommrow with the Rams taking a trip to Saint John to take on the Seawolves while the Hurricanes are at home vs The USA Dragons.
