Church Point, NS: The Dragons (0-11) returned to action at home on Saturday afternoon in Church Point, NS for the first of a pair of weekend matches versus MSVU Mystics (9-2).

The Mystics showed why they are at the top of ACAA Women's Volleyball taking the 1st set 25-15. Les Dragons bounced back winning the 2nd set 26-24 in a back and forth affair displaying many exciting rallys and offense from both sides of the court. MSVU came back strong and with purpose in the 3rd set winning 25-9. Les Dragons battled in the 4th set ultimately dropping the decisive set 25-20 with the Mystics winning the match 3-1.

MSVU was lead by Madyson Parlee with 13 kills, 16 digs and 1 block and Mckenzie Antle adding 29 assists. For les Dragons, Jillian MacDonald lead the offense with 13 kills while Makayla Addington contributed 18 digs. Jacqueline Bright chipped in for Sainte-Anne with 17 digs and 20 assists.

The Dragons host MSVU once again tomorow at noon at the gymnasium of the Marcel-R.Comeau Sports Centre of Université Sainte-Anne in Church Point, NS.

Pointe-de-l'Eglise, N-É: Les Dragons (0-11) sont retournées à l'action à domicile samedi après-midi à Pointe-de-l'Église, N.-É. pour le premier d'une paire de matchs contres les Mystics de MSVU (9-2).

Les Mystics ont montré pourquoi elles sont au sommet du volleyball féminin de l'AASC en remportant la première manche 25-15. Les Dragons ont rebondi en remportant la 2e manche 26-24 dans une affaire de va-et-vient qui a montré de nombreux rallyes excitants et de l'attaque des deux côtés du terrain. MSVU est revenu en force et avec détermination dans la 3e manche qu'elle a remporté 25-9.
